Atitude fenomenológica e psicoterapia

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar a atitude psicoterápica. Baseia-se em estudo realizado utilizando-se a metodologia de Pierre Vermersch de entrevistas de explicitação. As entrevistas foram realizadas com psicólogos clínicos de diferentes linhas teóricas, e em suas análises pode-se observar características interessantes da atenção clínica, que foram diferenciadas da atenção cotidiana pelos entrevistados. Dentre tais características, destaca-se a presença de uma atitude mais contemplativa, de espera, em oposição a uma ansiedade investigativa mais intervencionista. Há também um olhar mais ampliado, mais voltado para o contexto relacional do que para seus elementos particulares e, principalmente, uma atenção mais direcionada para a experiência dos clientes do que para a suposta objetividade do conteúdo narrado. Tais características evidenciadas no estudo reforçam a aproximação entre a “atitude psicoterápica” e a “atitude fenomenológica”, descrita por Edmund Husserl.
