This study explores the phonological characteristics involved in themorphological formation of imperative structures in English and Uzbek, twotypologically distinct languages. While English relies on intonation, stress, andsyllable reduction, Uzbek employs agglutinative morphology with vowel harmonyand suffixation. This research identifies universal and language-specificphonological constraints that shape imperative verbs, including prosodicadjustments, phonotactic rules, stress placement, and morphophonemic alternations. The findings contribute to cross-linguistic phonology, morphophonology, andcommand structure analysis.
