The Quran and Hadith clearly define women's rights to education, work, property ownership, and participation in social life. Also, the obligations between men and women in family life are based on the principles of justice. The article analyzes the role of women in Islam from a philosophical and modern point of view, paying attention to the issue of gender equality.
