
O presente trabalho discute o impacto das ferramentas digitais no suporte à colaboração criativa em ambientes distribuídos. Por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica e documental, exploram-se os conceitos fundamentais de criatividade e inovação em contextos remotos. Adicionalmente, examinam-se as funcionalidades e aplicações das plataformas Slack, Miro e Figma, destacando seu papel na transformação do trabalho em equipe. Este estudo busca refletir sobre como essas tecnologias facilitam a integração e a produtividade de equipes distribuídas, promovendo ambientes que maximizam a criatividade e a eficiência.
This paper discusses the impact of digital tools on supporting creative collaboration in distributed environments. Through a bibliographic and documentary review, it explores the fundamental concepts of creativity and innovation in remote contexts. Additionally, it examines the functionalities and applications of Slack, Miro, and Figma platforms, highlighting their role in transforming teamwork. This study aims to reflect on how these technologies facilitate the integration and productivity of distributed teams, fostering environments that maximize creativity and efficiency.
