Abstract

Аннотация. Мақолада ислом банки тамойиллари таҳлил этилган бўлиб, унда шариат нуқтаи назаридан рибо, майсир, ғорар, жол, ришваларнинг ўҳшаш жиҳатлари билан бирга уларнинг бир-биридан фарқли ҳусусиятлари ҳам тадқиқ қилинган. Банклар фаолияти билан боғлиқ мунозарали ҳолатлар ўрганилган. Ислом банкларини Ўзбекистон Республикасига кириб келишдаги қонунни яратишда асос бўладиган давлат тажрибаси ўрганилган. Унда ислом банкларининг моҳияти, унинг иқтисодий хавфсизлигига таъсир этувчи таҳдидлардан ҳимояланиш усуллари ёритиб берилган.Калит сўзлар: ислом банки, рибо, майсир, ғорар, жол, ришва, кредит, банкнота,танга, шариат қонунлари.
