This dataset was created within the CoBRA project (Cow Behaviour Recording and Analysis) and contains over 500 images of a youngstock pen which was continuously monitored for over a year. For all animals of interest, the pose and behaviour were annotated. Animals in the background were occluded using masks. The pose of the animals was quantified using a skeleton which is focussed on the dorsal axis of the animals and contains six keypoints: tail implant, left hip, right hip, withers, top of the head and nose. Each image is accompanied by a .json file containing: 1) keypoint coordinates of annotated skeletons 2) behaviours of animals for which the skeleton was annotated and 3) coordinates of annotated masks. In the "project" folder, more information can be found with regard to the numerical encoding of the behaviour (ethogram.json) and the skeleton definition (skeleton.json) Annotations were made using the Kantool_behaviour software (https://github.com/mperneel/CoBRA_segmentor)
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
