Abstract

Resumo: Este estudo teórico-analítico aborda a psicologização das expressões da questão social no Brasil, com a análise de três eixos temáticos: (a) a situação da classe trabalhadora no Brasil e as expressões da questão social; (b) a psicologização enquanto ideologia; e (c) "Faça terapia!": a expansão do mercado psicológico e o desmonte das políticas públicas de saúde mental. As discussões evidenciam o recrudescimento da questão social, concomitante ao desmonte das políticas sociais. Nesse contexto, a psicologia se apresenta como um instrumento ideológico que privatiza e individualiza essas questões, popularizando-se por meio do consumo. Palavras-chave: Psicologização. Marx.
