Abstract

The article considers a set of exercises that allow to increase the level of effectiveness of long-range throws by players of different roles during the competitive period. The main directions of technical and tactical training of basketball players are specified on the basis of recommendations for improving the training process

В статье рассматривается комплекс упражнений позволяющие повысить уровень результативности выполнения бросков с дальней дистанции игроками разных амплуа в соревновательный период. Уточняется основные направления технико-тактической подготовки баскетболистов на основе рекомендаций по совершенствованию тренировочного процесса
