Mit dem vorliegenden Beitrag soll ein KI-Kompetenzmodell aus der Praxis für die Praxis vorgeschlagen werden. Mit den Bereichen Verstehen, Anwenden, Reflektieren und Mitgestalten fokussiert es vier zentrale Kompetenzfelder, die in drei Progressionsstufen entwickelt werden können. Im Zentrum des gemeinsamen Kreismodells für Lehrende und Lernende steht AI-Leadership als zentraler Bezugspunkt.
