Refined PEF Theory

Abstract

Probabilistic Emergence: The refined PEF theory captures the probabilistic nature of emergence in complex systems. Gravitational Wave Dispersion: The theory predicts a dispersion relation for gravitational waves, consistent with empirical observations. Neural Complexity: The neural complexity measure Φneural captures the integrated information generated by the causal interactions within a system. Quantum Gravity Correction: The theory predicts a correction to the gravitational force law, which may be relevant at very small distances or high energies.
