A model for integrating AI technologies into product management in HealthTech

Abstract

A model for strategic implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of HealthTech product management is presented. The study applies the method of accelerated iterative development based on the cooperation of specialists from various fields. An example from the field of medicine is given, illustrating the application of the proposed model to optimize the development of digital solutions. The obtained results demonstrate the potential for integrating artificial intelligence into the processes of formation and development of digital products.
