Abstract

This dataset serves as a data analysis tutorial for SWATH-EAD-MS/MS DMED-FAHFA analysis. It contains: Raw data (.data, .scan, .wiff and .wiff2) acquired with DDA-EAD on SCIEX for MSDIAL analysis Raw data (.abf and .wiff) acquired with SWATH-EAD for MRMPROBS analysis Files (.msp) for DMED-FAHFA annotation Files (.txt) containing SWATH precursor isolation window cycle information Alignment result (.txt) output by MSDIAL Compound library (.txt) for MRMPROBS created using the Alignment result Data matrix (.txt) output by MRMPROBS To follow the analysis procedure, please refer to the Tutorial_fahfa_swath_ead.pptx file in the folder.
