Abstract

A dislexia é um transtorno de aprendizagem caracterizado por dificuldades persistentes na leitura, escrita e ortografia, que não estão relacionadas à inteligência do indivíduo, mas sim a um transtorno neurobiológico. Este artigo tem como objetivo explorar as diferentes abordagens teóricas sobre a dislexia, abordando suas bases neurobiológicas, os modelos cognitivos e as implicações educacionais para a inclusão de alunos disléxicos no ambiente escolar. A revisão de literatura examina as principais teorias sobre as causas e manifestações da dislexia, destacando contribuições de teóricos como Shaywitz, Ramus e Baddeley. Além disso, o estudo discute as estratégias de intervenção pedagógicas mais eficazes, como o uso de métodos estruturados, multisensoriais e tecnológicos, que favorecem a aprendizagem de alunos com dislexia. Conclui-se que, embora a dislexia apresente desafios significativos, intervenções adequadas e o diagnóstico precoce podem promover a inclusão educacional e o desenvolvimento de habilidades acadêmicas em indivíduos disléxicos.
