Abstract

The integration of modern mobile applications into physical education in general secondary schools, particularly in primary grades, represents a significant advancement in educational methodology. This study explores the methodological framework for incorporating mobile applications into physical education lessons, emphasizing their role in enhancing student engagement, motor skill development, and overall physical activity. By leveraging digital tools such as motion tracking, augmented reality, and gamification, educators can create interactive and personalized learning experiences. The effectiveness of these applications is evaluated based on student participation levels, improvements in physical abilities, and real-time feedback mechanisms. The research highlights both the advantages and challenges of implementing mobile applications in physical education, offering insights into optimizing their use to achieve long-term educational outcomes.
