Das DALIA Interchange Format – eine Metadaten-Spezifikation für die OER-Plattform DALIA

Abstract

Die Vermittlung von Datenkompetenz (Data Literacy) ist essentiell für verschiedene gesellschaftliche Bereiche wie Politik, Wissenschaft und Bildung. Ein systematischer Ansatz zur Förderung von Data Literacy umfasst die Erschließung, Verlinkung und Zugänglichmachung digitaler Lehr- und Lernressourcen. Das DALIA-Projekt ("Data Literacy Alliance"), Ende 2022 begonnen, zielt darauf ab, vorhandenes Material zu verknüpfen und erschlossen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Es wird von verschiedenen Institutionen getragen und ist eng mit der Nationalen Forschungsdateninfrastruktur (NFDI) verknüpft. DALIA entwickelt einen Wissensgraphen zur Vernetzung und Qualitätssicherung der Materialien. Das DALIA Interchange Format (DIF) dient der Schematisierung der Metadaten, um Transparenz und Interoperabilität zu gewährleisten. Es wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachcommunity erstellt und berücksichtigt bestehende Datenstandards. Das DIF V1.3 umfasst 18 Attribute, von denen einige obligatorisch, andere empfohlen oder optional sind. Das Poster stellt das DALIA-Projekt und das DIF vor und lädt zur weiteren Zusammenarbeit ein.
