Eine Spur Glückseligkeit - Zum 100. Geburtstag des Naturforschers Dolf Seilacher (1925–2025)

Abstract

Am Samstag, den 22. Februar 2025, luden die Paläontologische Sammlung der Universität Tübingen – Prof. Dr. Madelaine Böhme und PD Dr. Ingmar Werneburg (Werneburg und Böhme 2018) – sowie der Gründer und Leiter des Muschelkalkmuseums Ingelfingen, Dr. Hans Hagdorn (Hagdorn 2018), und Frau Dr. Edith Seilacher-Drexler, ab 14:00 Uhr nach Tübingen ein, um den 100. Geburtstag des großen Paläontologen Prof. Dr. Adolf Seilacher (Abb. 1; * 24.2.1925 in Stuttgart; † 26.4.2014 in Tübingen) zu feiern (Kreibich 2025). Im vorliegenden Artikel werden eine Zusammenfassung des Symposiums (Abb. 2-19) und auch einige Überlegungen zu Seilachers Vermächtnis vorgelegt.
