Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda tadbirkor ayollarga berilayotgan imkoniyatlar, ularga ajaratilayotgan subsidiyalar va jamiyat rivojlanishida xususan iqtisodiyotning o‘sishida ham muhim ahamiyatga egaliklari haqida to‘xtalib o‘tilgan. Tadbirkor ayollar o‘z bizneslarini yuritibgina qolmay ishsiz ayollarni ish bilan tamilab, yangi ish o‘rinlarini ham yaratadilar. Mamlakatimizda ayollarni qo‘llab quvvatlash va tadbirkorlik turlarini ko‘paytirish birinchi o‘rindagi masala hisoblandi. Shu bilan birga tadbirkor ayollar gender tengligini rivojlantirishda ham muhim ahamiyat kasb etishiga alohida to‘xtalib o‘tilgan.
