Integrationsleitfaden für Wärmepumpen

Abstract

Dieser Leitfaden richtet sich an Betriebe der produzierenden Industrie, die ihren Bedarf an Prozesswärme im Temperaturbereich bis 200°C mit Kompressionswärmepumpen decken möchten. Er zeigt die wesentlichen Schritte zur Integration von Wärmepumpen auf und gibt einen Überblick über die zu erwartenden Potenziale und Kosten. Kompressionswärmepumpen können eingesetzt werden, um Energie aus einer Wärmequelle durch den Einsatz von elektrischer Energie auf ein höheres Temperaturniveau zu heben und für eine Wärmesenke bereitzustellen. Eine Wärmesenke kann zum Beispiel Prozesswärme in Form von Heißwasser oder Dampf sein. Typische Wärmequellen sind Abwasser oder Abluft aus diversen Prozessen, die aktuell ungenutzt an die Umgebung abgegeben werden. Durch die Nutzung dieser Wärmequellen lässt sich die Effizienz der Prozesswärmebereitstellung steigern. Dieser Leitfaden entstand im Rahmen des Projekts LEAP - Low Pressure Steam Heat Pump. Das Projekt wurde aus Mitteln des Klima- und Energiefonds gefördert und im Rahmen der FTI-Initiative „Vorzeigeregion Energie“ durchgeführt.
