Abstract

Ushbu tezisda sterillash uchun mo‘ljallangan yuqori suv bug‘i bosimi ostida ishlaydigan avtoklav stelizator qurilmasidan amaliyotda laboratoriya vositalarini zararsizlantirish, sanoat farmatsevtikasida dori preparatlarini sterillash, mikroorganizmlarni o‘stirish maqsadida tayyorlangan oziq muhitlari sterillanishi, mikroorganizmlarning vegetativ hamda sporali shakllarini to‘liq yo‘q qilishga erishish, ishlash prinsipi haqida ma’lumot keltirilgan.
