Metadata Validator tool (SoilWise-HE)
A very minimal implementation of a metadata completeness validation. The completeness is calculated based on the availability of a selected subset of the total set of metadata properties. And multiplied with a weight factor for selected elements. No content validation is applied currently. The result is a number between 0 and 100.
