Locus typicus. “Loma Rucilla, Cordillera Central, Dominican Republic …” Distribution. Dominican Republic (Fragoso et al. 1995; Fragoso & Brown 2007; Rodríguez et al. 2007); DO, Cordillera Central, La Vega Province, Jarabacoa Municipality, Parque Nacional José Armando Bermúdez, Loma La Rucilla (Site 5, Fig. 1) (Gates 1957; Reynolds & Reynolds 2001). Remarks. This species is only known from its type locality.
