
Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a significant global health issue, particularly Type 2 DM,which is exacerbated by lifestyle factors like obesity and physical inactivity.The study aims to assess the prescription patterns,common adverse drug reactions among diabetic patients,especially those receiving muiltiple medications,To better understand their health challenges.A retrospective observational study was conducted over three months by survey.Data were collected through data collection form it containsdemographics,treatment regimens,comorbidities,and adverse drug reactions was gathered using structured questionnaires and analysed using descriptive statistics.
