Abstract

The article examines the impact of environmental materials on human health and well-being in the interior. A comparative analysis of traditional and environmentally friendly materials has been carried out, their advantages and potential risks have been identified. The effect of natural materials on the psychoemotional state and physiological parameters of a person has been studied. International and Russian examples of successful implementation of environmental solutions in interior design are presented. Practical recommendations on the use of environmentally friendly materials in residential and commercial premises have been developed. The results of the study confirm that the use of ecological materials contributes to improving air quality, reducing stress levels and improving living comfort, which makes them an important element of a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.

В статье рассмотрено влияние экологических материалов на здоровье и благополучие человека в интерьере. Проведен сравнительный анализ традиционных и экологически чистых материалов, выявлены их преимущества и потенциальные риски. Исследовано воздействие природных материалов на психоэмоциональное состояние и физиологические показатели человека. Представлены международные и российские примеры успешного внедрения экологических решений в дизайн интерьера. Разработаны практические рекомендации по использованию экологически безопасных материалов в жилых и коммерческих помещениях. Результаты исследования подтверждают, что применение экологических материалов способствует улучшению качества воздуха, снижению уровня стресса и повышению комфорта проживания, что делает их важным элементом устойчивого и здорового образа жизни.
