Personalization of logical models status upon submission of paper in Frontiers in Physiology. Code, models and scripts needed to reproduce the tailoring of logical models to patient-specific omics data Additionaly, some files needed to be stored in the accompaning Bitbucket repository. They need to be dowloaded from this link and unzipped in the corresponding folders.
