This report summarizes findings from the second cohort of the ESIIL Stars Program, an initiative aimed at training undergraduate students from historically underrepresented backgrounds in Earth and Environmental Data Science. The program includes online data science training, career-focused webinars, and hands-on project-based learning. The evaluation assesses the program's impact on student skill development, career persistence, science identity, and sense of belonging. Key findings indicate increased student confidence in coding, science communication, and career readiness in Environmental Data Science.
