Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mevalar va sabzavotlarni saqlash hoʻl va sersuv mahsulotlarni isteʼmol etish yoki qayta ishlashga qadar saqlanishiga yordam beradigan tadbirlar majmui keltirilgan. Yetishtirilgan mahsulotni tez nobud qilmasdan va sifatini pasaytirmasdan saqlash va undan foydalanish qadimdan inson ehtiyojlaridan biri boʻlgan. Saqlashni toʻgʻri tashkil etish mahsulot sifatining uzoq, vaqt buzilmasligini va nobudgarchilikning oldini olishni taʼminlaydi.
