Introduction These are the digitized summary tables of tree phenology observations from the archives of the INERA (Institut National pour l'Etude et la Recherche Agronomique) herbarium at the Yangambi Research Station. These data are associated with downstream transcription projects, i.e. Jungle Rhythms, and the final generated dataset and presented for reference. These data include the following datasets, and derived datasets: phenology_archive.zip (zipped images of the phenology summary tables) phenology_archive_cropped.zip (zipped cropped images, including a matching txt file delineating table rows and columns, as second and first columns respectivelly) zooniverse_yearly_subsets.zip (yearly subsets created using the table and row outlines - see cropped images - for processing in the Zooniverse Jungle Rhythms project) Yangambi_phenology_archive_image_list.csv (meta-data concerning the images in phenology_archive.zip, this includes the starting year and species names) Yangambi_phenology_validation_data.csv (a manually transcribed validation dataset for select species) These data serve as a visual reference and backup mostly, for the final processed data and dataset please consult the linked datasets to this project. Acknowledgements Historical phenological data recovery was supported by the Institut National pour l'Étude et la Recherche Agronomiques (INERA) at Yangambi. Initial digitization was funded through the COBIMFO project funded by the Belgian Science Policy Office (Belspo; contract no. SD/AR/01A). Additional, postdoctoral funding was granted by the BOF Special Research Fund, Ghent University, Belgium, the Belgian Science Policy office COBECORE project (BELSPO; grant BR/175/A3/COBECORE), the European Union Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action (project number 797668) and the NSF Macrosystems Biology programme (Award Numbers: EF-1065029). Consolidation and post-processing of the data was privately funded by BlueGreen Labs (BV).
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
