O estresse nas empresas

Abstract

People usually feel anxious, tired because of stress at work and also get disoriented due to several changes that happen to them. If they do not recognize those symptoms, they can emotionally react getting their health worse. In order to identify and develop strategies for the comprehension of the stress mechanism in the body and mind it’s necessary to understand the way stress acts in the body and in the mind. The organism tries a wide variety of changes when submitted to environment stress. These organic changes happen as people defense toward their problems. This work is based on interviews and researches to identify the stress manifestation in humans and in human’s organization.
