Accurate: an oncology pet/ct quantitative analysis tool. This tools provides several functionalities for fast and reliable segmentation of tumors in PET(/CT) images. It contains several standard and majority vote PET based tumor delineation methods as well as a fast and reliable method for total tumor burden measurements (Burggraaff et al, MIB 2019). Moreover, the tool is specifically implemented to assure correct SUV calculations for Zr-radiotracer PET studies allowing for correct decay correction over multiple days. Video manuals and example datasets are provided as well.
