Abstract

Artificial intelligence is a way of making a computer-controlled robot or software think intelligently in the similar manner the intelligent humans think. As a result, the aims of this study to understand present status of e-commerce, benefits and the impact of artificial intelligence on the e commerce sector. E-Commerce currently adopting various technology to identify patterns in accordance with buying and selling of goods or services using the internet and the transfer of money and data to execute these transactions. The technology advancements created several platforms that may be used to keep up with trends and meet market demands. It is reasonable to predict that artificial intelligence will be employed increasingly frequently in the context of electronic commerce, eventually becoming an inherent part of all such businesses. In this field, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a game-changer, providing creative answers to persistent problems and launching e-commerce supply chains into a new era of responsiveness and efficiency. AI has drastically revolutionized e-commerce, improving personalized suggestions and customer service, deeper data analytics, and supporting voice search features. These milestones demonstrate AI's critical role in expanding e-commerce capabilities and boosting customer experiences. This study is based on secondary data of various research papers published related to Artificial intelligence in E-commerce and preferred exploratory research methodology. The aim of the research is to determine the importance of artificial intelligence. This study concludes that artificial intelligence is playing a vital role in e-commerce and is applied in the context of e-commerce.
