La gestión educacional y el desempeño docente para alcanzar un aprendizaje efectivo en estudiantes del nivel secundaria

Abstract

El presente estudio analiza la gestión educacional y el desempeño docente en el nivel secundario, con el objetivo de optimizar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes dentro de un marco de formación de calidad. Para ello, se empleó un enfoque metodológico mixto, que incluyó una revisión documental y la aplicación de un diseño descriptivo-correlacional. Los resultados evidenciaron que los docentes actuales intensifican sus esfuerzos para crear un entorno propicio para la enseñanza, caracterizado por equilibrio emocional, autodominio y capacidad de adaptación ante situaciones inciertas. Asimismo, se identificó que un desempeño docente eficaz está estrechamente relacionado con la formación integral del estudiante, lo que requiere que los educadores sean profesionales comprometidos con su labor, dispuestos a mejorar continuamente, brindar retroalimentación efectiva y aplicar estrategias pedagógicas innovadoras.
