Abstract

Аннотация. Мақолада Ўзбекистон пенсия таъминоти тизимини ислоҳ қилиш ва такомиллаштиришда ривожланган давлатлар тажрибаларидан фойдаланиш имкониятлари, пенсионерларни ижтимоий қўллаб-қувватлашни янада кучайтириш, пeнcия жaмғaрмacи дaрoмaдлaри ва харажатларини шaкллaнтириш мexaнизмини зaмoнaвий мoлиявий cиёcaт кoнцeпциялaри acocидa тaкoмиллaштириб бoриш ва соҳада мавжуд муаммолар ва унга таъсир этаётган омиллар тадқиқ этилган ва хулоса ва тавсиялар берилган.Калит сўзлар: пенсия таъминоти, концепция, ислоҳ қилиш, хорижий тажриба, қонунчилик хужжатлари, молиявий сиёсат, даромад, харажат, ҳалқаро мезон, авлодлар бирдамлиги, глобал пенсия, тенденция, суғурта бадали.
