Single-cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, and Spatial Transcriptomics (Resolve BioSciences' Molecular Cartography) of the Mouse Liver in Aging and Insulin Resistance liver_spatial.rds: Seurat object including processed data for all samples, for Spatial Transcriptomics liver_scRNAseq.rds: Seurat object including processed data for all samples, for scRNA-seq data liver_scATAC.rds: Seurat object including processed data for all samples, for scATAC-seq data *.txt: coordinates for all target molecules detected; Unit: 138 nm/pixel *.tiff: DAPI images Sample information for Spatial Transcriptomics: A1, B2: Young; A2, C1: Old insulin sensitive; B1, C2: Old insulin resistant.
