Resiliencia explicada por la victimización y el clima escolar en estudiantes de instituciones educativas

Abstract

El presente estudio buscó determinar en qué medida la victimización y el clima escolar explican la resiliencia observada en estudiantes de instituciones educativas de Trujillo. Para ello, se utilizó una metodología de tipo básico con enfoque cuantitativo, cuyo diseño empírico se basó en una estrategia asociativa-explicativa. De una población de 2852 estudiantes, se seleccionó una muestra de 400 para el estudio. La selección consideró las categorías principales de la investigación, a saber: escala de resiliencia (RE), victimización entre iguales (VE-I) y clima escolar (CECSCE). Los resultados revelaron que el clima escolar es un predictor de resiliencia más fuerte (β = .40, p < .001) que la victimización (β = -0.09, p < .001). También, se encontró una relación significativa y negativa entre la victimización y el clima escolar (β = -.45, p < .001), indicando una covarianza importante entre estas variables. Además, se evidenció que algunos estudiantes experimentaron altos niveles de violencia física en el aula. En respuesta, se recomendó la implementación de programas preventivos enfocados en estrategias para fortalecer la resiliencia ante situaciones de violencia.
