Abstract

This dataset accompanies the study on ABCG25 proteins in Solanum tuberosum under drought stress, focusing on their potential role as ABA transporters. The supplementary materials include: Docking Scores & Molecular Dynamics Data: Binding affinities and stability analyses of ABCG25 candidate proteins interacting with ABA. RNA-seq Expression Profiles: Differential expression of SlABCG25-4, SlABCG25-1, and SlABCG25-2 in drought-tolerant and susceptible cultivars. Computational Workflow: BLAST identification, docking analysis, molecular dynamics, and transcriptomic analysis steps. These materials provide additional insights into the structural and functional significance of ABCG25 proteins, supporting their potential role in enhancing drought resilience in crops.
