Resumen El objetivo de la investigación fue realizar un estudio bibliométrico sobre la cultura innovadora en estudiantes de enfermería universitarios en Scopus, entre 2004 y 2024. En este estudio se utilizó un método bibliométrico y se seleccionó 91 publicaciones de Scopus, a partir de las siguientes palabras clave en inglés: innovative culturet y nursing students. Asimismo, se tuvo en cuenta los siguientes indicadores: país, autor, tendencias de publicación, fuente, tipo de documento, entre otros. Los resultados muestran que el número de documentos publicados sobre este tema creció un 34.1% en 2019, 2021 y 2023, esto sugiere que el interés por esta área va en aumento. Por otro lado, Estados Unidos ocupa el primer lugar en producción científica mundial, con un 47.6% mientras que la fuente más relevante fue el “Journal of Nursing Education” con ocho artículos publicados, además de que el autor más referenciado fue Amerson, R. (n=42) y también, se destacan los artículos científicos (88%), y de enfermería (44%). Con esto se concluye que, los estudios basados en entornos innovadores para estudiantes universitarios de enfermería, ha crecido con relación a temas tratados, la colaboración entre autores, la cooperación institucional y la accesibilidad de datos relevantes. De esta manera, los resultados sugieren que hay una expansión creciente en la incorporación de estrategias más colaborativas y multidisciplinarias en la formación de los estudiantes de enfermería. En consecuencia, este estudio bibliométrico sienta las bases para futuras investigaciones.

Abstract The objective of the research was to conduct a bibliometric study on the innovative culture in university nursing students at Scopus, between 2004 and 2024. In this study, a bibliometric method was used and 91 Scopus publications were selected, based on the following keywords in English: innovative culture and nursing students. The following indicators were also taken into account: country, author, publication trends, source, type of document, among others. The results show that the number of papers published on this topic grew by 34.1% in 2019, 2021 and 2023, suggesting that interest in this area is increasing. On the other hand, the United States ranks first in world scientific production, with 47.6%, while the most relevant source was the "Journal of Nursing Education" with eight published articles, in addition to the fact that the most referenced author was Amerson, R. (n=42) and also scientific (88%) and nursing (44%) articles stand out. With this it is concluded that studies based on innovative environments for university nursing students have grown in relation to topics covered, collaboration between authors, institutional cooperation and accessibility of relevant data. Thus, the results suggest that there is a growing expansion in the incorporation of more collaborative and multidisciplinary strategies in the training of nursing students. Consequently, this bibliometric study lays the foundations for future research.
