Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre los factores de supervisión, información, comunicación, control interno y gestión administrativa en centros de salud de Lima. Para esta investigación se empleó un método cuantitativo, un enfoque descriptivo con un nivel explicativo-causal, en el que participaron 140 trabajadores de salud y miembros del personal administrativo. Se utilizaron pruebas estadísticas PLS-SEM para evaluar las variables del estudio dentro de un modelo de medición que incluía constructos de variables mediadoras, como supervisión, información y comunicación, en la correspondencia entre la gestión administrativa y el control interno. Los resultados demuestran que existen efectos directos y significativos del modelo de mediación, donde los efectos totales de las actividades de control interno y la gestión administrativa tuvieron un coeficiente estandarizado βt = 0.706 con un valor p = 0.000 < 0.05. Con esto se concluye que, existe relación directa y significativa entre la supervisión, la información y la comunicación en el control interno y la gestión administrativa de centros de salud de Lima.
