Abstract

Maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarida bolalarning jismoniy rivojlanishi va sog‘lom turmush tarziga asos solish muhim vazifalardan biridir. Ushbu maqolada bolalarning jismoniy rivojlanishi, sog‘lomlashtirish tadbirlarining ahamiyati va ularni tashkil etish usullari haqida batafsil ma’lumot beriladi. Jismoniy tarbiya mashg‘ulotlari, harakatli o‘yinlar, to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish va tibbiy nazoratning bolalar salomatligi uchun ahamiyati yoritilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda maktabgacha ta’lim tizimida jismoniy sog‘lomlashtirish bo‘yicha amalga oshirilayotgan chora-tadbirlar ko‘rib chiqiladi.
