
The Arctic PASSION Communication Plan explains the communications objectives for the project, defines the target audiences we will try to reach with our communication and the strategy behind outreach to each of those audiences. It outlines all of the internal and external tools that we plan to use for communication with our target audiences, as well as a strategy behind each external tool - especially website, media outreach and social media, and specifies the roles and responsibilities of partners for communication-related activities.
