This consists of nearly all of the available data from NOAA's ITRDB. I wanted to organize it in a manner that mirrored the ITRDB, but time was of the essence with NOAA under attack. I tried to make it as organized as possible. The metadata is in there but you will have to sort through it. I apologize for the inconvenience.
