Source Data and protocols for White, et al 2025- The pyrethroid insecticide deltamethrin disrupts neuropeptide and monoamine signaling pathways in the gastrointestinal tract

Abstract

Here, we provide source data, a list of key resources, and manufacturer protocols used in the manuscript: https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.12.14.628386, which describes the toxicological outcomes of pyrethroid exposure in enteroendocrine cells and the gastroinestinal tract. An excel spreadsheet containing the source data and statistical output, used in figure generation, and organized by figure panel, are included as the "SourceDataandStatistics" file. A spreadsheet file of the raw CT values, and gene expression calcuations, for the indicated qPCR gene expression analysis is included in the "QPCRDataAnalysis" file. RNAseq analysis for this project is further described in: https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.12.14.628386; which includes all alignment files, methods, and statistical outputs. In addition, maufacturer's protocols used in the library preparation (NEBNext) and sequencing (Cbot) are included here. Metascape pathway analysis and differential gene expression source data, used in figure generation of the associted manuscript are included here as the indicated "DEGSourceData" and "MetascapePathwayAnalysis" files. A Key Resource Table, containing identifiers for additional protocols, assays, and reagents, used in the study is also included.
