The PREP4BLUE Data Management Plan (DMP) outlines the policies and procedures to be followed by the PREP4BLUE consortium for managing the data generated and collected during and after the project. The goal is to foster access to data generated from the PREP4BLUE project, so that the data becomes accessible, re-usable and benefit the various stakeholders. For the data gathering and storage, the consortium will ensure the secure environment, and that it will comply to the ethical and legal standards such as consent and/or anonymity of the data provider/owner for the use of data. The DMP will also ensure that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which governs the management of data records including personal information, is followed. Protocols for ensuring the data is managed appropriately and is FAIR are described. This is an update of a version submitted in M6. A final version (D1.10) is to be submitted before project end.
