R scripts used to perform the analyses described in the manuscript "Indication of spatially random occurrence of Chlamydia-like organisms in Bufo bufo tadpoles from ponds located in the Geneva metropolitan area". Each zipped file contains the concerned R script and input files required to run the analyses, as well as a README file describing and explaining how to re-run the analyses. In this way, data analysis can be reproduced as reported in the manuscript. In particular: 1 - Spatial autocorrelation analysis.7z contains the script and data to run the analysis described in the section Global spatial autocorrelation, as reported in the manuscript; 2 - Correlation test infection rates - human pop. density.7z contains the script and data to run the analysis described in the section Human population density around ponds, as reported in the manuscript; 3 - Hierarchical clustering and group comparison analysis.7z contains the script and data to run the analyses described in the section Group comparison analysis, as reported in the manuscript; an additional script (General Figure.R) is reported to reproduce Figure 5. 4 - Association analysis.7z contains the script and data to run the analysis described in the section Beta regression models, as reported in the manuscript. 5 - 95perc. Bayesian credible intervals.7z contains the R script used to calculate the credible region around the Chlamydia-like organisms occurrence rate in the analysed B. bufo tadpole population.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
