Método Neutrosófico multicriterio para estimar el shock séptico de origen pulmonar por streptococcus pneumoniae

Abstract

La sepsis es un síndrome clínico grave que resulta de una respuesta inmune desregulada a infecciones, siendo la infección pulmonar por Streptococcus pneumoniae un desencadenante común. Este estudio tiene como objetivo desarrollar un Método Neutrosófico multicriterio que permita estimar el riesgo de shock séptico en pacientes con sepsis pulmonar causada por esta bacteria. Mediante un enfoque integrador, se busca analizar criterios clínicos, laboratoriales y epidemiológicos relevantes, enfatizando la importancia de la prevención, el reconocimiento temprano y un tratamiento adecuado. La caracterización precisa de estos aspectos es esencial para mejorar los resultados clínicos y reducir la mortalidad asociada a esta condición. El método propuesto combinará relaciones neutrosóficas para abordar la incertidumbre y la imprecisión inherentes en los datos clínicos, facilitando una evaluación integral del riesgo de shock séptico. A través de este enfoque, se espera no solo identificar a los pacientes en riesgo de deterioro, sino también contribuir al desarrollo de protocolos de manejo más eficaces y personalizados. La investigación se centra en la creación de herramientas que capaciten a los profesionales de la salud para actuar de manera más efectiva en la identificación
