Evaluación multicriterio neutrosófica sobre la enfermedad de Pott en un paciente adulto mayor

Abstract

La enfermedad de Pott, o tuberculosis vertebral, es una manifestación grave de la tuberculosis que puede afectar la calidad de vida en pacientes de edad avanzada. Este estudio se propone llevar a cabo una Evaluación Multicriterio Neutrosófica centrada en un paciente mayor diagnosticado con esta condición. La evaluación integrará diversos factores, incluyendo la severidad clínica de la enfermedad, las implicaciones psicológicas del diagnóstico, y las repercusiones sociales y económicas que enfrentan los pacientes ancianos. A través de un enfoque neutrosófico, se busca proporcionar un marco flexible y holístico que respete la incertidumbre inherente a la evaluación de múltiples criterios en contextos médicos complejos. El resultado de esta investigación tiene como objetivo contribuir a la toma de decisiones clínicas más informadas, mejorando así la atención y el manejo de pacientes mayores con enfermedad de Pott. La incorporación de diferentes perspectivas en la evaluación permitirá un entendimiento más completo de la situación del paciente, optimizando su calidad de vida y atención integral.
