Метод возмущений для анализа и оптимизации СВЧ-устройств

Abstract

Представлен метод возмущений для определения таких параметров СВЧ-устройств, как параметры импеданса, адмиттанса и рассеяния. Рассмотрено несколько типов возмущений: изменение параметров компонентов, дифференцируемое изменение свойств среды, рост тонкой пленки и смещение границы. Концепция волн мощности обобщена на недиагональные и бесконечномерные операторы опорного импеданса. На основе этой концепции введены параметры для описания характеристик антенн, содержащие информацию о фазе, и развита концепция радиального волновода. Эти концепции и параметры позволяют применять предложенный метод к решению широкого круга задач, включая антенные задачи.
