
ABSTRACT This paper proposes a next-generation blockchain system, Arkxion, based on a novel consensus mechanism, PoAI (Proof of Artificial Intelligence). PoAI transcends the limitations of conventional blockchains and introduces innovative value to decentralized networks through the coexistence of AI and humans. By combining real-time proposal generation enabled by AI technology with ethical reviews conducted by humans, PoAI establishes a sustainable and flexible decision-making process. Leveraging advanced AI analysis and data-driven insights, PoAI optimizes the network, paving the way for applications in diverse fields such as: System development Healthcare Education Academia Gaming Space exploration Additionally, by adopting zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) and quantum-resistant cryptography, PoAI enhances security and lays the groundwork for a robust foundation in next-generation blockchain technology. The vision of this system is to achieve a flexible and ethical governance model led by AI, delivering transparency, efficiency, and social value at an unprecedented level—outcomes that were previously unattainable under conventional centralized models.
