Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Respublikamizda faoliyat yuritayotgan tijorat banklari, sug‘urta tashkilotlari, aktsiyadorlik jamiyatlari, yirik soliq to‘lovchi korxonalar moliyayaviy hisobotlarini majburiyay ravishda MHXS asosida tuzishi belgilangan. Bu esa, xorijiy va bo‘lg‘usi investorlar va kreditorlar va qarz beruvchilarning ishonchini oqlash uchun xizmat qiladi. Shundan kelib chiqqan holda moliyaviy hisobotlarni to‘g‘ri tuzish hamda tegishli foydalanuvchilarga ishonchli taqdim etishning bugungi kunning dolzarb masalaridan biridir.
