This dataset contains LC-MS data from metabolic extractions of different tissues of Vanilla planifolia pods at various developmental stages. The purpose of the dataset was to quantify the amounts of vanillin glucosides present in the different tissues at different developmental stages of the vanilla pod. Therefore, a previously optimized protocol was used to extract and detect vanillin glucosides efficiently. Metabolic standards containing vanillin glucoside, vanillyl alcohol glucoside, and vanillic acid glucoside were also measured to create a standard curve for the quantification of those metabolites in the samples. For details about the sample preparation and experimental information read the "README.txt", "Sample Information.csv", and "Standards information.csv" files.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
