Abstract

A one click install Gromacs-GPU bash file for Ubuntu-WSL2 You need to install cuda driver for WSL, and then download the file and drop to /home/(your username), and then "bash gromacs-2024.3.bsh" to start install. If an error occurs after installation or cannot use"gmx", the problem might be the .bashrc didn't effect, you need to restart the ubuntu shell and try use gmx again. Already test in Windows10,Ubuntu-WSL2, test video https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1HzffYtERD
